Eight Caribou were assigned to 115 ATU:

  • 5303 - stationed El Arish
  • 5320 - stationed El Arish
  • 5321 - stationed El Arish
  • 5322 - stationed El Arish
  • 5323 - stationed El Arish
  • 5324 - stationed India, written off when when it was bombed on the ground by Pakistani aircraft on 8 Aug 1965 (no fatalities)
  • 5326 - stationed Congo
  • 5327 - stationed Congo
